Late ExitDo you want to spend a little more time in the villa, of course you can! You can request a late check-out (after 10:00). This service is subject to availability and has a 50% supplement of the daily rate.
Security Deposit: To ensure that everything is perfect, a damage deposit of EUR 150, which will be refunded after checking that the villa is in excellent condition, just as they found it on arrival.
Cleaning SupplementWe love to offer you an impeccable and welcoming space, which is why we apply a unique surcharge of 80 EUR per stay. This way we guarantee that every corner of the village is ready to welcome you as you deserve.

A menudo necesitaba una persona de contacto que me ayudara. Olvidé una máscara de piscina, el patio no estaba limpio y la cafetera estaba rota. No es muy adecuado para familias con niños pequeños debido a la distribución de la casa.

Una maravillosa villa en Altea con unas vistas panorámicas al mar increíblemente hermosas. Disfrutamos de vistas directas tanto del amanecer como del atardecer. Es muy espaciosa, con tres salas de estar independientes, un salón enorme y una cocina bien equipada. La terraza es el mejor lugar de toda la villa, con piscina y naranjos. También tienen una zona de barbacoa con horno exterior. Un detalle a tener en cuenta: parece estar cerca del casco antiguo, pero hay que recorrer el barrio a pie, ya que no hay un atajo directo.

Excelente lugar, dos habitaciones privadas con baño en suite, una preciosa zona de piscina y una zona de barbacoa exterior cubierta. Está un poco alejado del centro, pero los taxis son baratos.

La villa nos encantó, ideal para desconectar y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y de las vistas a la costa mediterránea. La decoración es fantástica y hace que sea una casa muy acogedora!! Además está muy cerca del caso antiguo de altea. Sin duda repetiremos!!

Nos robaron el regalo que se olvido en la casa, un regalo de bautizo que sabían perfectamente lo que era. Se abrió una investigación con las empresas de envío y claramente fue lo que ha pasado. Después de eso no hay nada mas que decir.

Les Urques Cove is a small and quiet cove of stones and crystalline waters located in the south of Calpe, next to the old Puerto Blanco. It is a beach officially open to dogs all year round.

About 100-200 m long, it is composed of pebbles and rocks.
