Security Deposit: To ensure that everything is perfect, a damage deposit of 50 EUR, which will be refunded after checking that the loft is in excellent condition, just as they found it on arrival.
Cleaning SupplementWe love to offer you an impeccable and welcoming space, which is why we apply a unique surcharge of 35 EUR per stay. This way we guarantee that every corner of the loft is ready to receive you as you deserve.
